Customer demand research

Know the questions before you create the content.

A keyword export is not a strategy. Flo Omni's Customer Demand Brief connects relevant search questions and comparisons to your audience, website, offer, and next marketing actions.

A defined scope, clear responsibilities, and no guaranteed-results claims.

    Start with the right fit

Useful for businesses planning service pages, answering recurring customer questions, evaluating a new content direction, or deciding which topics deserve attention. Research is tailored to the customer's buying decisions, not just the industry's terminology.

    A focused question map

See relevant questions, comparisons, and phrases with the source, market, language, and collection date recorded.

    Intent and relevance

Separate learning, comparison, problem-solving, and purchase-oriented topics. Recommendations prioritize fit and usefulness, not volume alone.

    A website opportunity map

Connect questions to existing pages and identify gaps that genuinely need a new page rather than a near-duplicate.

    An actionable brief

Leave with prioritized page ideas, content angles, discovery questions, and a measurement plan. The report is a decision aid, not a revenue forecast.

    How the work moves forward

    1. 01

      Define the audience

Confirm who buys, what they buy, where you serve them, and which business decision the research should support.

    2. 02

      Collect and qualify evidence

Review available search sources, preserve unknown values, remove irrelevant terms, and label the limits of each metric.

    3. 03

      Map evidence to action

Recommend pages and content that fit the offer and the existing customer journey.

    4. 04

      Review the priorities

Discuss what to implement first and how to evaluate the outcome.

    Clear scope, not open-ended promises

The agreed brief defines seed topics, market and language, sources, depth, delivery format, and revisions. This is a consulting deliverable, not access to a third-party database or a promise of every search in an industry.

    Measure what matters

A search-volume estimate is not a count of your prospective customers. Country-level evidence is not automatically local demand. Generated AI prompt suggestions are not private chat logs or measured AI query counts. Provider suggestions and metric origins are labeled separately.

    Questions before we get started

Will this show every search in my industry?

No. It is a sourced snapshot from the available tools, with coverage and limitations disclosed. No single source captures every customer question or search.

Are social and AI suggestion volumes directly measured on those platforms?

Not necessarily. We state where suggestions and metrics originate. For example, ATP describes its volume and CPC data as Google-based even when suggestions come from another provider.

Will a high-volume keyword automatically produce leads?

No. Relevance, intent, competition, your page, your offer, and the conversion process all matter. The brief prioritizes opportunities rather than promising outcomes.

Can the research inform an ongoing marketing plan?

Yes. It can inform service pages, educational content, campaign themes, and future tests. Implementation is separately scoped unless already included in your agreement.

Build the next step around your business.

Tell us what you are trying to improve. We will review fit and outline a practical scope before you commit.
